Before your first radio send
Radio delivery uses your existing Music Submission account with the same verified email address. Use the exact same email on both services. A Gmail alias is treated as a separate account address, even if it reaches the same inbox. You can prepare a form and browse stations before sending.
You can select up to 50 stations. Each batch checks up to 25 selected stations, and the linked account’s allowance applies. The delivery plan shows the current availability before you send.
Changing the active Pitch Form keeps your selected stations, but you must check your confirmations and delivery plan again for the new release.
Questions along the way
Should I choose Artist or Label?
Choose Artist to submit under one artist name. Choose Label to manage several artists or several names you release music under, using one sign-in. You do not need to be a record company to use Label. Enter your workspace name, add the artists beneath it, and choose the correct artist project before each submission.
Can I also become a curator?
Yes. Your curator workspace is separate from your Artist or Label workspace. Apply from My Account. The team reviews curator applications; submitting an application does not grant curator access or VIP status.
How does VIP access work?
VIP access is assigned individually by the administrator to artist projects. Choosing Label or applying as a curator does not activate it. Eligible projects can use the dedicated VIP submission form. Submission remains subject to editorial review and does not guarantee playlist inclusion.
How do I request an Audiartist article?
Open Artist services and choose “Audiartist article request”. Select your artist project and provide a Spotify track link, musical style, AI answer, biography and release story. You can include your press kit and website. Follow the team’s response in the same page. A request is not a promise of publication.
Where can I follow VIP and article requests?
Use “My requests” in Artist services. These requests have their own history, separate from regular playlist submissions. “Accepted” on a VIP request means an editorial decision; it does not confirm a Spotify placement. Published article requests include the Audiartist article link.
How do I create and share a press kit?
Open the press kit builder, select an artist project and save a private draft. Preview the saved version before choosing to publish a shareable page. Contact details are excluded unless you explicitly include them. Uncheck public visibility and save to withdraw the public page. You can also download the saved HTML; remote images still require an internet connection.
Can I use the same press kit for several artists?
Each artist project has its own press kit. A Label workspace can manage several projects from the same account. Save or discard changes before switching projects so information stays with the correct artist.
The request timed out. Should I send it again?
Check your request history first. If the result is uncertain, reload before taking another action. Sending the same track for the same artist and request type returns the existing request instead of creating a duplicate.
I did not receive the confirmation email.
Check your spam folder and the spelling of your email address. On the account page, enter that address and choose “Resend confirmation”. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours; when you request a new one, use the latest email.
I forgot my password.
Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. Follow the reset link and choose a password of at least 12 characters. If the link has expired or was already used, request another.
My track says “Choose playlists”.
Your Spotify track is saved. Open “Choose playlists” next to the track in your account, then select suitable available playlists. Saving a track does not place it on Spotify.
How many tracks and playlists can I submit?
You can create up to three submissions in a rolling 24-hour period and choose up to ten playlists per submission. Reopening a saved track waiting for playlists does not create a new submission. Once the daily limit is reached, you can still resume that saved selection.
Can I continue choosing playlists later?
Yes. Open your account and use “Continue choosing playlists” while the submission is still awaiting review. The directory remembers your selections and shows how many of the ten places you have used. Once a submission is closed, it cannot receive more playlists.
What happens if I reload the submission form?
Your track link and message are kept in the same browser tab when browser storage is available. They are removed after a successful submission. This is a temporary draft: it does not follow you to another browser or device.
What do the playlist statuses mean?
“Choose playlists” means a saved track is waiting for a destination. “Awaiting review” means the selected playlist has not received a final decision. “Not selected” means that playlist declined the track. “Spotify placement pending” and “Placement needs attention” mean the placement is not confirmed yet. Each playlist can have a different status.
Where do I see playlist decisions?
Open My submissions. The curator workspace is separate. Artists follow decisions in their own account.
Does saving a Pitch Form send an email?
No. Saving a form, selecting a station and checking the delivery plan do not send your campaign. Sending requires a separate, explicit action.
A radio batch has an unconfirmed result.
Use “Check batch status” before starting another batch. Do not resend while the result is uncertain. A previous batch may already have been processed.
Can I delete a form without losing my history?
Yes. Deleting a saved Pitch Form keeps your radio selection and campaign history. Clearing the active campaign keeps your saved forms and history.
Is placement guaranteed?
No. Submission does not guarantee playlist inclusion, position, duration or radio airplay. Editorial decisions remain independent.
